Holly S. Lively, Legal Assistant

Holly Lively is a graduate of MTI Business College where she received her Paralegal certificate along with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies.  She also has experience interning for the California Superior Court system.

As the Legal Assistant, Holly’s job is to make sure the offices runs smoothly; that phone calls, messages and client mailings are delivered to the appropriate party, and court documents are properly copied, served, and filed.  As Holly is more accessible than the attorneys, she will do her best to answer any questions clients may have, or provide you with any information which you may need.  Holly will also take any information from clients and confer with the attorneys, as to solve issues in a timely manner.

Holly currently resides in Downtown Sacramento with her best friend, Ellen.
